In most cases a Sports Chiropractic treatment plan should include the following:
Chiropractic Manipulation of the spine and extremities
Manual therapy (sports massage, active stretching, proprioceptive muscle techniques, graston/IASTM)
Exercise therapy
Pain/Inflammation modalities (ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, hydrotherapy)
Kinesiotaping
Referrals (appropriate inclusion of other like-minded providers to join helping you reach your goals)
